Terms of Service: The Quick Version

•           Medical: Our supplements aren't medicine. Talk to your doctor.

•           International: If you're in Canada, Taiwan, or China, you pay the customs fees. Sales are final.

•           Damages: 7 days to report broken items to Support@Nutriscell.com

•           Disputes: We use arbitration in California, not class actions.

Full Terms of Service Effective: 2/15/26

1.     Eligibility: You must be 18 to buy.

2.     Products: Supplements are for education, not to cure diseases.

3.     Orders: We can cancel orders for errors or fraud.

4.     International: You are the importer for CA, TW, and CN. You must follow local laws and pay all duties. International sales are final.

5.     Liability: We aren't liable for indirect damages. Our max liability is the product cost.

6.     Legal: Governed by California law; arbitration required.

7.     Updates: We can change these terms at any time.
